Grilled Lamb Rib Chops

Lamb Chops -> Marinated in tangy mustard lemon marinade and grilled for wonderful char flavour.

Lamb chops are perfect for grilling since the cut of meat is best prepared when seared on high heat. In this recipe, the lamb is marinated in mustard, lemon and garlic. I usually allow it to marinate for 5-6 hours so that all good flavors are absorbed in meat. It also enhances the natural meat taste.
This marinade is enough for 4-5 , 1/2 to 1-inch thick lamb chops, if you are making more than 4-5 chops, I suggest to increase the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs – Lamb  (Chops – frenched (just ask your butcher to do this))
  • 1/2 tsp – Salt
  • 1 tbsp – Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp – Grill Mate Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp – Mustard  (Ground Or Paste)
  • 2 tbsp – Lemon  (Juice)
  • 1/2 tsp – Red Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp – Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp – Garlic  (Powder)
