Tiramisu – Authentic Italian Dessert
Classic Italian world-renowned dessert made with ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese. We prepared this dish without using raw eggs and it tastes delicious. tiramisu is served cold but not frozen. You can prepare it ahead of time and keep refrigerated. Remove from fridge at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs (Egg Yellow/Yolks)
- 1/4 Cup – Coffee Liquor
- 12 Lady Fingers
- 1 tbsp – Coffee (Dark Espresso)
- 1 tbsp – Cocco Powder
- 1/2 Cup – Sugar
- 2 tsp – Sugar
- 1 Cup – Heavy Cream
Directions for cooking
1) Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar till light lemon in color. (5 minutes). Place mixture in a double Boiler and cook on reduced heat for 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
